About Us

Bankruptcy attorney Mark Atchley has been dedicated to practicing bankruptcy law since 1994. He grew up in Santa Monica, California and attended Santa Monica College before moving on to Brigham Young University, where he earned a degree in Business Finance in 1990. He then graduated from law school in 1993. 

Mark started off practicing primarily bankruptcy law in Los Angeles in 1994. After deciding to move his family to Arizona, Mark Atchley was admitted to the Arizona bar in 2002, and moved his practice to Mesa Arizona.  In 2004, he and childhood friend Attorney Michael Delgado formed Atchley & Delgado, LLP.  Attorney Mark Atchley is a proud member of NACA (National Association of Consumer Advocates), and NACBA (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys) as well as the State Bars of both Arizona and California.

Atchley & Delgado, LLP is a small office, with a personable and friendly staff. Attorney Mark Atchley meets personally with each potential client to discuss their personal financial situation, and advises each person of their options. He is focused on meeting each client’s personal needs, and understands the difficulties experienced by those contemplating bankruptcy. Although bankruptcy cases tend to be complex, and the decision to file bankruptcy is a tough one, Attorney Mark Atchley and his associates makes the actual bankruptcy process easy. Mark has successfully represented thousands of individuals and couples in their bankruptcies since 1994.

In Mark’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.  He is an avid traveler and enjoys many sports including mountain biking, racquetball, water sports and running.
